* 2 packages of frozen acai pulp
(e.g., 2 pkgs of Sambazon smoothie packs).
* 1 ripe banana
* Non-dairy beverage (e.g., soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, etc.)
* Natural sweetener to taste (such as agave syrup, or raw honey)
* Strawberries, sliced
* Granola
Blend the acai pulp together with 1/2 a banana, a small amount of non-dairy milk (use just enough to blend it up), and natural sweetener to taste. Raw honey is one of my favorites.
It should be a nice thick paste. Scrape into a bowl. Add some strawberries, the other 1/2 of the banana sliced, and a handful of your favorite granola. Enjoy!
There really is no limit to how you can enjoy acai. Try these additional ideas, or get creative and come up with your own:
