Acid Reflux Gone With Two Meals A Day

After reading your web site re
eating two meals a day, I decided to give it a go. I have suffered from acid reflux for about 18 months. I have tried so many different ways of eating including
5 small meals a day, to no avail.
I have been a vegetarian for many years - I made the change to following a vegan diet about a year ago.
After following the two meals a day plan, I have made the decision that this is the plan for me. I no longer suffer from acid reflux, and I am never hungry.
At first I was a little concerned re my weight as I lost a kilo (2.2lbs) It has now stabilized at 60 kilos (132 lbs) this being a good weight for me.
I am 73 years of age, keep fit, and my daughter made a comment a couple of days ago as to how great my skin is looking. For me, the experience has been positive.
