Feel More Alive On Two Meals A Day

After several months of cutting breakfast, I don't get hungry in the morning anymore. I feel more alive than ever. Nothing but good things.
I read somewhere online that living on
2 meals a day was really the norm until the 18th century.
I agree with many health experts who recommend giving your body plenty of time to rest and detox. I'm now thinking of giving the popular weekend (3-day) fasting a try :)

One thing though...skipping out on breakfast is not the best idea.
Having breakfast is so important because it provides you with the nutrients and energy you need for the start of your day. A better meal to skip would be lunch or dinner.
If you decide to eat breakfast and skip one of the other meals instead, please let us know how it goes and if you notice any difference.
Also let us know how the fasting goes. You're right, doing a detox regularly is so important these days. I'm also thinking seriously of doing a 3 day cleanse. :-)
