Here are some healthy living tips to help good health become a reality for you.

  1. Make a commitment to stick to the plan. Then, stick with it! Don’t let yourself get sidetracked by all the confusing information out there. Once you start to see results, you’ll be motivated to keep on going.
  2. Follow the 8 rules for healthy living. Don’t underestimate their value: They make up the foundation for good health.
  3. Establish healthy eating habits. Your body is made up of the food you eat. Good digestion will help your body take the nutrients it needs from your food. Having good digestion can also help you to have a more positive and cheerful outlook on life.
  4. Learn how to prepare your own foods in a simple and healthy way. Take a cooking class if you have to, or try out some of the healthy recipes found right on this site.
  5. Balance work and play. As the saying goes, “all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” If you sit down a lot for your job, be sure to get some physical exercise. If your job is mostly physical, take time out to read and develop your mind. This will help you to stay balanced.
  6. Try to create a cheerful, healthy home environment. Choose non-toxic alternatives when you can.
  7. Give yourself time to make changes at a pace you are comfortable with. The idea is to make lasting changes, not to add more stress to your life!
