Berry Delicious Smoothie
Fruity Smoothie
Acai Berry SmoothieThis yummy smoothie is full of anti-aging antioxidants and skin smoothening essential fatty acids.
2 1/2 cups soy milk (or other milk beverage of your choice) 100 g acai pulp (I like the Sambazon Pure Acai Smoothie Packs. One is enough for this recipe). 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp honey (or agave syrup or other sweetener) 1 tsp flax oil (optional)
- Remove banana, organic acai smoothie pack, and frozen blueberries from the freezer. Allow them to thaw out for about 10 minutes.
- Place all ingredients in a blender (make sure they have thawed out enough so that you don't strain your blender). Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
Makes enough for 2 people.
