How To Maintain Normal Weight On The Two Meal Plan?

I'm interested to try the two meal plan, because I want to feel more energy and cut sleep at night, (now I sleep 8-9 hours). People said this would help. I doing meditation daily - this also was recommend by my meditation teacher.

I am already at normal weight, I don't want to lose weight, I am worried this plan will make me too slim. Any idea?
