One of the best resources for learning about the healing benefits of sunlight is the book Sunlight by Dr. Zane Kime. It's loaded with scientific information on just how valuable sunlight is for different health problems.

Common Sense At Last

It's great to see someone finally discussing the health benefits of sunlight rather than selling the whole scary monster theory that is usually associated with exposure to the sun by the media. Natural sunlight is absolutely necessary to good health and we are now beginning to see some serious health problems in society that a lack of sunlight causes. Great work.
