On Two Meals A Day

When you live in a world where "eating" is the norm (it occurs everywhere, at any time of day and night, and in places and situations not allotted to it) and "dis-ease and death" the aftermath, people need to exercise caution.
But telling that to a hard-working person is like talking to the same individual during a thunder storm with the expectation to communicate effectively.
A man has to eat, and yet the hard fact is, the food we eat treats us at one time as friend, and at other times as a foe.
Now you say, how can that be?
But hear this, as a consumer of two (2) meals a day in the place of three (3) portions with snacking in between times, I am in better health. At age 60 plus, my blood pressure stays normal, my heart rate refuses to fluctuate, respiratory indications are regular, diabetes is not succeeding, and I know nothing of heart-burn. I have a weight maintenance of under 125 pounds, I am free of prostate problems, I carry a sharp mind, am focused, and “look good” for my age as someone recently told me.
Reads like something you could wish for?
Then chew your fare well. It is preparation for that delicate organ, the Stomach, which presides over the meal after it starts its journey south of the mouth. Decide and chart a course to allow it some breathing space. Subscribe to the two meal plan per day.
Breakdown in normal health begins in that food pouch - a most important stage in the digestive process.
Michelle says: Thanks for sharing your story! It is so inspiring. Could it be that the two meal plan is one of the fountains of youth? ;)
BTW, I'd love to know how long you've been eating just two meals a day. Do tell!
