Thanks For The Breakfast Advice

Thank you Michelle for your answer to my question about breakfast.
You are 100% correct seeing that I'm going to be practicing jujitsu and working out soon... but my breakfast smoothie consists of 2 cups plain kefir/ 2 heaping handfuls of raw spinach/ 1 scoop of natural vanilla whey protein/ 2 tbsp of flax meal/ 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries/ and 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter. I'm pretty full after that and it keeps me satiated from 04:00 - 11:00 or 13:00.
For my 2nd meal I'll have a very big bowl of stir fried broccoli with bell peppers/ mushrooms/ red onions/ and garlic over 1 cup of whole grain brown rice with 6 ounces of salmon or 4-6 ounces of grilled chicken. When I come home if I feel I need something, I'll make a light protein shake. But 90% of the time I'm full when I come home and I don't need anything. And, I sleep very well on this system of eating.
So please tell me, do I still need to add to my breakfast or 2nd meal which has plenty of extra virgin olive oil?
Also with meals I take multi vitamins, omega 3s, and unibiquinol. I'm 45 and always supplement with large amounts of digestive enzymes with each meal. Since taking these enzymes, my appetite has decreased. I just feel more satisfied when I eat. Looking forward to your response. Thanks Michelle, HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!
Joe

Michelle Says: Hi Joe, you're very welcome. To answer your question...As long as you are feeling satisfied from your meals, there's no need to add any more food. It sounds like you're getting plenty of nutrients from your meals and supplements, so that's great.
Don't forget to aim for as much variety as you can in your meals though.... That will ensure that you get an even fuller spectrum of nutrients from your diet. Hope that helps, and all the best to you!
Michelle
