Trust in God

You may be wondering what trust in God has to do with health.

It may not be something that you were expecting to see on a website about natural health.

But, it is impossible to ignore the fact that your faith has an influence on your health - mental, physical, and spiritual.

Here you will learn how having trust in God will help you. It helps you to live a healthier, happier life - a life where you can find peace and contentment that actually lasts.

God is our Creator. He loves you with a love that surpasses human comprehension. He says,"I have loved thee with an everlasting love..."Jeremiah 31:3, KJV.

"...God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten son into the world, that we might live through Him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins." 1 John 4: 8 - 10, KJV.

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved." John 3:16, 17.

Someone who loves you that much is definitely worthy of your trust.

Why Trust In God?

God is the only source of true peace and happiness. Trust in God is the only antidote to stress, worry, and that constant feeling of emptiness. No matter how hard you look, you won't find true satisfaction anywhere else.

Worry, anxiety, fear, and other negative emotions will do nothing to help you. All they can do for you is to leave you feeling tired and drained. They will zap your life force and make you sick.

God does not want you to suffer under those burdens!

He says, "Come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11: 28-30.

"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you." John 14:27.

Jesus sees the end from the beginning in every single situation that you face.

He "has a thousand ways to provide for us of which we know nothing. Those who accept the one principle of making the service of God supreme, will find perplexities vanish and a plain path before their feet." Ministry of Healing

You can safely trust in God and be hopeful and courageous.

God cares about your health. "For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of they wounds, saith the Lord." Jeremiah 30:17, KJV.

Opening your heart to God and putting your trust in Him, opens up the healing agencies of heaven to you. "When the sunlight of God's love illuminates the darkened chambers of the soul, restless weariness and dissatisfaction will cease, and satisfying joys will give vigor to the mind and health and energy to the body." Ministry of Healing

God's plan is to restore you and to give you a future that matters! In Jeremiah, He says. "I know the thoughts that I think toward you. Thoughts of good and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11, NKJV.

If you allow Him to, God will take your live and make something amazing out of it. God "is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think..." Ephesians 3: 20. And that is in every single area of your life, including your health.

Practical Tips To Help You Trust In God:

• Fix your mind on cheerful things. Look at the many ways that God has blessed you in the past and present - count these blessings and allow yourself to be happy because of them





• Memorize God's promises. These will come in handy when you are feeling down and discouraged
• Cultivate a spirit of gratitude and praise. This will help you to have a healthy body and soul
• Sing a song (or two) of thanksgiving to God. He is worthy of our praise!
• As God blesses you, seek to do something nice for someone else. When you seek to bless others, you will be blessed as well
• Spend time each day studying the Bible and praying. How else will you find the promises unless you dig for them in the Bible? As you get to know God more personally, your trust in Him will grow
• Read The Ministry of Healing . It will teach you more about God's plan for your health and happiness.
