What Foods To Eat For Healthy Skin?

What are the best foods with the best vitamins to eat for a healthy skin?
Michelle says: Great question Korede!
The absolute best foods for your skin are fresh raw fruits and fresh raw vegetables. These foods are very high in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and phytochemicals - all the things you need for great looking skin. They help to cleanse and nourish your skin from the inside out.
If you increase your intake of raw foods to at least 70 - 80 percent, you'll notice a huge difference in your complexion.
Rather than focusing on a few specific fruits or vegetables, I'd say that it's best to eat a wide variety of the produce you can find in your local area.
Aside from fruit and vegetables, other foods that are good for your skin are oats (due to the high silica content),
flax seeds (due to the essential fatty acids),
virgin coconut oil (another good source of fats), and raw nuts and seeds such as walnuts and pumpkin seeds (a great source of good quality protein and essential fatty acids).
Hope that helps,
Michelle
